These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the application Numa ("the App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Numa is a private personal assistant that helps the account owner manage email, calendar, notes, and documents by integrating with Google services. The App is intended for the personal use of the connected account owner.
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and Google's terms of service. Using the App for unlawful purposes or to access data you are not authorised to access is prohibited.
To function, the App requires authorisation to access certain Google services via OAuth. You grant these permissions voluntarily and may revoke them at any time from the Google Account Permissions page.
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. The last updated date at the top indicates the current version.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the account owner's place of residence.
