Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the application Numa ("the App") handles data when accessing Google services on behalf of the account owner. Numa is a personal tool used exclusively by the owner of the connected Google account.

1. Data Controller

2. Data the App Accesses

With your explicit consent via the Google OAuth screen, the App may access the following data:

• Gmail: reading, searching, sending, and managing email messages.
• Google Calendar: reading and creating events.
• Google Drive: reading and uploading files.
• Contacts: reading the address book.
• Google Sheets & Docs: reading and writing content.
• Email address and basic profile: to identify the connected account.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is used solely to provide the features requested by the user (e.g. checking email, managing appointments, organising notes and documents). The App acts only on your instruction.

4. Data Retention

The App does not store permanent copies of your Google data on third-party servers. Data is processed locally and in memory for the time strictly necessary to complete the requested operation. Authorisation tokens are stored securely on the owner's device and can be revoked at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. No data is used for advertising, profiling, or model training.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Numa's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Revoking Access

You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time from the Google Account Permissions page.

8. Security

We adopt reasonable measures to protect access credentials. Communication with Google APIs takes place over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The last updated date at the top indicates the current version.
